The TIME function accepts three integer arguments representing hours, minutes and seconds, and returns a time.
|hour||The hour value for the time you wish to create.|
|minute||The minute value for the time you wish to create.|
|second||The second value for the time you wish to create.|
|5||25||18||56||=TIME(A5,B5,C5)||01:18:56||If the hour value is greater than 23, the value is divided by 24; the quotient is used as the hour.|
|6||0||61||23||=TIME(A6,B6,C6)||01:01:23||If the minute value is greater than 59, the value is divided by 60; the quotient is added to the hour and the remainder is used as the minute.|
|7||0||0||83||=TIME(A7,B7,C7)||00:01:23||If the second value is greater than 59, the value is divided by 60; the quotient is added to the minute and the remainder is used as the second.|
