#NUM! Occurs if the supplied inumber argument is not recognized as a complex number
#NAME? Occurs when Analysis ToolPak add-in is not enabled

When dividing complex numbers a+bi by complex number c+di, the formula used is:  

    \[  \text{IMDIV}(z_1,z_2) = \frac{(a+bi)}{(c+di)} = \frac{(ac+bd) + (bc-ad) i}{c^2+d^2}   \]
