Sunday mornings at the bookstore coffee shop is one way we have of sharing life’s adventure stories. My wife and I learned that one has to arrive early to get a seat because this is a favorite thing to do with a lot of folks. Once seated though, you can take your time reading and chatting.
Here is where I get a chance to read all the magazines that, although fun to read and informative, I would never consider paying for a subscription:
- WWII History
- American History
- History of the Old West
- American Civil War
- Military History
- The American Revolution
(Do you sense a theme in my reading? History perhaps?)
Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic has prevented us from enjoying this Sunday morning past-time. Since we are both fully vaccinated and as we watch the number of infections steadily decline, we will once again be making our outings, especially after my retirement.
